This peach cobbler is delicious when it comes out of the oven and topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, but it is just as tasty served cool. Be sure to use one with high sides because the mixture will rise once it starts baking. I used a 911 baking dish (easy to find in most stores). Mix 2/3 cup milk into peach cobbler mix. Next, drain the juice from the second can and pour only the peaches into the baking dish.
